I work with adults of all ages seeking healing within from a variety of struggles. .Some of the most common themes I work with are anxiety, trauma, personal growth and life transition challenges and those in long term recovery from eating disorders or substance abuse looking to do deeper therapy work.
Growing up and finding yourself is hard. I have extensive experience working with teens and young adults looking to work through life stressors, life changes and transitions.
I specialize in working with women and the specific issues that impact women's mental health and wellness. I also work with many women as they transition to motherhood and navigate the complex role that is being a mother.
Parenting is the hardest job we ever take on. I often work with parents looking to work on how to show up for their kids in a present and more effective way or with those parents who need a safe space to process the highs and lows of what it is like to parent in today's society. I have a special interest in working with parents of preemies who are looking for a supportive space as they embark on the unique journey of parenting these early souls.
I have a passion for working with families who are looking to find more meaningful ways of communicating and relating with one another. Together, we work to find ways to strengthen family bonds and work through the road blocks that stop you from connecting from the heart.
I provide a safe and supportive space for those in the helping professions who are looking for a therapist. I strongly believe that healers need a space of their own with someone who understands the unique complexities of what it means to work with others while also working on yourself.
